Tom's Advice - Buying and Selling Real Estate

As with anything dealing with regulations whether it be city, county, state or national government regulations, there's a lot to be known about buying or selling a home these days. Having a knowledgeable, trustworthy realestate agent by your side leading you through such process is a must. On the following pages, I present some basic knowledge to orientate those new to the realm of realestate. I offer my personal opinions and advice and some resources that may assist you in both preparing and protecting yourself in the world of buying and selling homes pertinent to Tennessee.

These pages are still in and will be updated often, so please check back or if you have immediate questions not addressed here, give me shout via email and I would be more than happy to help.
